Applications
MIDSTONE-C, with its excellent abrasion resistance and workability, is used for the following:
Walls, floors and ceilings, interior and exterior facades
Building exteriors
Bathrooms and toilets
Kitchen counters and cabinets
Commercial spaces, restaurants and shops
Performance and benefits
Due to its high strength and texture, MIDSTONE-C microcement is an ideal choice for interior and exterior facades. This modern material creates a seamless and weather-resistant surface without the need for joints or grouting. Some of the advantages of using MIDSTONE-C are:
High adhesion: Due to its polymer compounds, it can be applied to various surfaces such as concrete, tile, plaster, cement and even wood
Waterproof and moisture resistant: Its final coating prevents water and moisture penetration
High mechanical resistance: It performs well against abrasion, impact and cracking
Flexibility: It prevents cracks caused by contraction and expansion
High durability: It is resistant to UV rays, temperature changes and harsh weather conditions
Light and thin: It has a thickness between 1 and 2 mm and does not impose additional weight on the facade
Stain-resistant and antibacterial: Its final surface is easy to clean and prevents the growth of fungus and mold
Beauty and color variety: It has the ability to customize the design and color based on the needs of the project and is suitable for stenciling
Usage information
After adding the amount Add water at a rate of 20 to 25 percent of the total weight to this product, mix it with a mechanical mixer at medium speed. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and continue the mixing process again. After that, the product is ready for use.
Note: To apply microcement on highly absorbent surfaces such as plaster, raw concrete or raw wood, apply a primer layer before work to prevent excessive moisture absorption and increase the adhesion of microcement, and to obtain water-repellent properties and increase abrasion resistance, apply the final varnish 24 hours after application.
